GUEST ADDRESSING
If you would like Hana Hou Productions to print your guests names + addresses on the invitation envelope, the fee per envelope is $1.75 USD. Envelope Guest Addressing is done in-house via a high quality inkjet printer, as it is the most cost-effective method. The font used will match the one on your invitation.

GUIDELINES

(A) Addresses should be emailed as one of three file types:
(1) a plain .txt file,
(2) an MS Word document, or
(3) as text in an eMail.

MS Excel files will not be accepted. If you will be converting your document to one of the above three formats FROM MS Excel, please make sure no blank spaces or tabs exist at the end of a line, as it will affect centering. Hana Hou Productions will charge an hourly rate if this needs to be done.

(B) The guest addresses on LABELS and ENVELOPES should have all abbreviations spelt out, street suffixes and states included. "P.O. Box" should be "Post Office Box"; "NY", should be "New York". The zip code should be on its own line.
