Upon reciept of payment, Hana Hou Productions will snail mail your recipient their Gift Card via USPS First Class Mail within 24-48 hours. USPS First-Class mailing is FREE. USPS Priority Mail is $4.55 USD.
Special offers and promotions cannot be applied to the purchase of a Gift Card.
Hana Hou Productions does not have retail brick-and-mortar store fronts, therefore all Gift Cards are redeemable online only. They do not expire and can be replaced if lost or stolen. If lost or stolen, the previous Gift Card will be cancelled and a new one issued to the original recipient. The re-issue amount is based upon what, if any, purchases were made and shipped to the original recipient prior to loss.
If upon redemption the order total exceed the Gift Card amount, an invoice will be sent via paypal.com for the difference. Should the order be less than the Gift Card value, the remaining balance stays on the Gift Card until redeemed.
